These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.katiedraws.com (the "Site"), operated by Katie Chappell, trading as Katie Chappell Illustration and Design ("I", "me", "my").

1. The Services

I offer 1:1 mentoring for illustrators, delivered as a 3-month programme. Full details, structure, and current pricing are set out on the offers page at katiedraws.com. These terms apply regardless of the specific package or price you purchase.

2. Bookings and Payment


Payment is handled securely through Stripe.
Your place on the programme is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before your programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once, subject to availability.
I reserve the right to reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances, and will give as much notice as possible.
Mentoring is delivered based on my professional experience and judgement. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.


3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, illustrations, and branding, is owned by me and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Services, including business decisions made following a mentoring session.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
